Engine Co 3

This Friday, September 11, 2026, Engine Co. 3 Historical will be honored to join the Altamont Fire Department and fire departments from across our area for a special 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at the Altamont Fire House.

Twenty-five years have passed since September 11, 2001, but the courage, sacrifice, and service shown that day remain deeply rooted in the fire service.

We are grateful to the Altamont Fire Department for the invitation and proud to stand alongside our fellow firefighters as we remember the 343 FDNY firefighters, all of the first responders, and every life lost as a result of the attacks.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
